HOLIDAY ITEMS:  NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES-All HOLIDAY Items (Christmas, Easter, Fall, Halloween, etc.) are FINAL sale.  

PRE-ORDERS: Require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  If a pre-order is cancelled before the item ships and the purchase was paid-in-full, then 50% of the price paid will be refunded.  If an item has shipped, it is not eligible to be cancelled.

SALE ITEMS:  All sale or discounted items are sold AS IS, no refunds/exchanges.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS:   

Must be returned within 72 hours of "in-store purchase" or of "online delivery", you may return the item for a refund or exchange once the following criteria is met:

 The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery/possession.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging. 
  • Items must be in original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the returned merchandise and decide whether the item is eligible for return. 
  • Original receipt required.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive the returned merchandise and original receipt, we will credit your account within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to inspect items upon return and issue a fee for damaged or used goods.  The item(s) must be in original condition and with all the original packaging and tags. There is a 20% re-stocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If any order is cancelled or delivery refused after the order is shipped, the same fees apply. 

There are no returns on Special Orders/Pre Orders.
