Shipping policy

 

Shipping occurs within 1-2 business days from receipt of order.
(During peak months, Nov-Dec, shipping may be delayed slightly) 

Shipping Carriers:  We ship via UPS, FedEx and for small items USPS

Shipping and handling time: Delivery will occur within 5-8 business days depending on delivery distance from CA.  An email confirmation with tracking will be issued as items ship.

Pre Orders: Will ship as items are received in the warehouse. 
We ship pre-orders immediately upon receipt.

International shipping: Available upon request to certain countries, shipping fees to be paid by customer along with any tariff fees assessed upon delivery.  Please contact us for a custom invoice at info@holidayhouseinteriors.com.  (All international orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and are non-exchangeable) 

 

SHIPPING EXCEPTION: Katherines Collection

Katherines Collection will ship as soon as possible but can take up to 2-3 weeks. 
We will notify you of shipment with tracking through email.
Once shipped, the usual shipping & handling time will be applicable.
